Tropical Storm Erika seems to be heading for Florida, among other places, so keep an eye out for this one as it may reach Hurricane status by the time it gets to Florida:

Update on Tropical Storm Erika as it seems the storm may have fizzled out to a good degree. Still a lot of rain expected around the Florida area and perhaps surrounding areas to some degree in the next few days, but it looks as if most of it may be about over or coming to an end.

Our area has been getting a lot of wind off of this tropical storm, especially today, and I expect we will see some rain too in a day or so.
