Hurricane Humberto

Postby Silver_Surfer1 » Sat Sep 14, '19, 7:25 pm

A new storm is brewing and could possibly become a tropical cyclone. The storm is expected to move along the Florida/Georgia coast and hopefully back out too sea without doing very much, if any, damage. Still keeping an eye on it though.

UPDATE 9/14/2019:

The Tropical storm has now been named Humberto and is expected to become a Hurricane very soon. The Bahamas may see lots more rain, which they do not need at this time due to the previous hurricane storm.

Humberto may come close to the US (Florida/Georgia/Carolina coast) but is not expected to cause any damage.

Humberto is expected to pass by Bermuda tonight possibly as a cat 3 storm.

Other storms brewing up include Imelda (tropical depression) close to Texas, and Jerry (tropical storm) in the Atlantic, and Lorena (tropical storm) in the Pacific.
