 Post subject: Tropical Storm Ana

It is not even Hurrican season yet and we already have a tropical storm. The first one of 2021 is named Ana and is located off the coast of Bermuda!

Hurricane season begins June 1 which is only about a week or so away. Look for more storms to begin showing up during that period.

As a resident of Florida, I can feel my anxiety increase :-o

I hope that this year, while busy, won't cause much damage or injury anyone.

The extremely warm winter of the northern hemisphere helped the oceans cool off less, so yeah, we're set up for a potentially busy season. Obviously number of storms doesn't mean they all make landfall, but more storms still increases the chances of landfalls.
