Crikey, I didn't realise the last instalment was released way back in 2008. :p I haven't touched a Mortal Kombat game in years. I think deception was my last one but it wan't all that great.

I think if they can pull it off, then good job. The one thing I hated about more modern Mortal Kombat's was the button mashing. You had to push 7 or 8 buttons in a specific order within one second to pull of a move. IT was ridiculous. So, assuming they can do it right, I'll check it out.

This will be the first MK game without Midway involved, I think. It could really be a "make or break" moment for the franchise.

Yay! I like this game but too bad, I don't have A ps3 or a Xbox 360...

I love fighting games so I’ll probably check it out when it gets released.

I read some more about this today. Apparently, the creator of Mortal Kombat is the head guy on this game. So I guess we can expect it to be very true to the game's traditions.

There's a trailer out now too. It's really brutal, so don't watch it unless you're ready for some gore.

Looks like MvC3 has some pretty big competition. If GameStop is right on this, both games will be released in early March.
Anyway, I'd like to see the return of Friendships and Animalities. If they pull it off right, this will be better than UMK3/Trilogy.
