Celebrating the tasty snack that can be good for you in many ways as well. Mix it up in various ways and with various healthy snack items (nuts, candies, sunflower seeds, raisins, or whatever else you like to eat, etc). Yum!
And, as the name implies, it can be a nourishing snack to eat while on the trail hiking or going camping or participating in other outdoor activities (and some indoor activities also). Enjoy!
