After watching that, I'm kind of glad the movie project didn't continue. Not to say that this clip is bad - the animation is quite good - but it just doesn't feel quite right.

Here's a glimpse of the CG movie update to Thundercats that was being created a few years back. This was abandoned in favor of making the new animated series, but it's an interesting look at what almost came to be.
After watching that, I'm kind of glad the movie project didn't continue. Not to say that this clip is bad - the animation is quite good - but it just doesn't feel quite right.
