So, what do you think of the Terminator films, if you seen them? There's a TV series based on them that starts airing tonight on Fox stations. Do you think it will be good?

I suppose you are referring to the new tv series, Sarah Conner chronicles, or something of that nature.

I did see the premiere episode that was shown on Sunday night, and it was very entertaining - surprising - and even had a scary, mean bad terminator guy too, lol. The good guy terminator (Arnold's part in the movies) turned out to be a young girl, which was a surprising part.

There was one scene which although true to the Terminator movies, was a little shocking for prime time tv, I thought. It is the scene where Sarah, John, and the good terminator go through time and they all wind up in the middle of the highway - naked! Yep, none of 'em had a stitch on at all. :o

All in all, I thought it was one of the best premiere's for a new television show that I have seen in years. It really had the feel of the movies, and the story that has been told so far in the movies. Unlike so many things which seem to differ from it's origins in movies, etc.

There is another episode on tonight (Monday) and I hope it is just as good. If so, this series may have a tremendous hit on their hands.

It looks like it's going to be a good show, though I think they've messed up the continuity from T2 a little bit. Still, it was nice to see it connect to the movies. I look forward to seeing how the story will play out.

I think the season final of "Sarah Conner" was on last night. Anyone watch it? I thought this show was going to be dynamite from it's premiere, but it seemed to go down hill after that, or maybe it was just me. Having been sick for awhile, I just lost interest, I guess.

I wonder if it was good enough that perhaps they will bring it back later in the year, or something?

I've been keeping up with it, but I think I missed a week when I was sick. It hasn't maintained the same level of quality since the pilot, but it's been fairly entertaining. The finale didn't seem like anything special, except for one scene. John got to meet his father, who's about five or eight years old.

It seems like Terminator (no matter how you do it) is always popular.

Heard that "Sarah Conner - Terminator" TV show had been renewed or picked up for a full season of shows, so it must be doing very well in it's time slot of Monday night. I have missed several of the episodes since it comes on at the same time that "Dancing With The Stars" does on another channel. I figured I would catch up on Terminator during re-runs.

Anyone else watching this tv show?

It's been pretty good so far this season. The first couple of episodes were a bit week, but they've had some really good ones, too.
