Momiji and Kusanagi (Blue Seed)

Shinji and Auska (Neon Genesis Evangelion)
Jinto and Lafiel (Crest/Banner of the Stars)
Kyon and Haruhi (The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya)
Hideki and Chi (Chobits)

I'll say immediately Ichijyo Hikaru and Misa Hayase from Macross : nearly the same as Robotech but very different !
I love the Macross serie and the first one is the best !

I forgot about Miroku and Sango. They are pretty sexy! I'll also add Falcon & Rouge from Power Stone to my list.
