The PS series' most iconic character.

Here she is, guys and gals. Nei. My first ever fan-art of her. Not too bad, if I say so myself. Certainly Nei looks better in here than in the PSGEN2 artwork. >< Took me an hour and a half to do this one. Since Xan is doing Rudo and Amy for Tan, I might as well do... Hugh? Or Anna. What do you guys think?

Ugh, yeah. What was up with that ruffly version of Nei? Good job here; very classic. I'm not sure if she's as iconic as Alis, but she is way up there.

I suppose both Alisa and Nei are equally iconic. ^^ Legendary and revered by almost all fans. I'm redrawing most of the character art of PS2, but keeping the classic 1989 look but with modern shading. It's working well so far.

Ugh, yes. The Nei from PS Gen 2 is terrible. She just has this air of wimpiness about her.

Anyway, this on the other hand, is a fine piece of art Lyla. I'm glad you didn't point her ears as much as in the pictures I've seen of her. It makes them look ridiculously huge.

As for the future, I'd say go with Anna. She has a lot more potential for some good art and you could get her to strike a few good poses. Plus her outfit consists of more than 1 colour! :D

Yeah, I think I'll do Anna next. Better check the Compendium for some nice reference material. Or I'll redo her ending image from the original. NOT Gen2's version. ><

There are a few good images of her in the compendium, though a few look like her as she appears in her text adventure. Still, there's plenty to use. :)

There's also the PS2 Adventure book. ^^ Lovely reference in there as well. I have the PS1 Adventure book as well. Not all the pages, only a couple of scans.

Yep, and that's excluding the Manga Resource book that has over... 3000 poses! :o

Hehehehe, expect plenty of fan-art in the future. I plan to become one of the more prolific PS fan artists, drawing characters from all games. Frankly, I've had enough from the PS4 crew, though I'll obviously draw Alys now and then (being my fav.^^). After drawing them for 8 years... nope, gotta stop for a while and focus on PS1, 2 and 3. I love 3's character designs, however terrible the game may seem.
