No it's not and the fact that Fox, which is a joke, is trying to state it as such proves even more this isn't worthy of news.

Many media outlets are reporting this, it's not specifically Fox News. This has been a hot topic in the gaming industry since the first screens of RE 5 were released. I think it's a ludicrous claim. People are just looking for stuff to whine about.

Oh I agree, I'm focusing on Fox because they tried some garbage with Mass Effect without any proof to their argument. I remember reading about this a year ago and I felt the same back then as I do now. I'm just surprised this is still a topic of discussion amongst media outlets, though I shouldn't be shocked I guess.

Eh, just more sensationalist journalism regarding video games. Nothing new there. I guess it's good press for the game though. It's bound to attract more attention to it.
