If you are not a fan of Facebook.. but still want to see the pictures of the build. I have a new gallery added to Google Pictures/Picasa.

https://picasaweb.google.com/1115156075 ... son14Build

Please note that I will be updating this gallery every few days vs FB which will be updated every evening when I work on it. (Some nights I will be taking a break like today).

Thanks for the additional link. I like this one too. My, it seems you are coming along really fast and well on the project so far. I was wondering how you go about choosing your lego colors (is that pink legos??) Beautiful cat and I know she is a terrific supervisor!! She looks so happy and content. Glad you allow her to be a part of your work.

The "pink" bricks are in fact Red. An issue with the light source and the cheep camera I use. But on to the issue of colors. Normally I use Red for the main walls till I run out. Then I switch to blue. I find the darker colors make better walls. Yellow I keep for detail work on the sides and for the main set of roof tiles. White is used for the some of the main interior stuff as well as the back up color for the roof stuff.

You wouldn't know it. But Bandit is going to be 15 in Oct....

Project update for those who are following: Slow going right now because of the nature of the build. This project has a lot of detail work (more so than in past seasons). So a lot of the building is to build it up. Then make changes as needed. Great for the build because it allows me to add more details. Does slow things down. I can say that I'm about 20% finished right now. Giving myself a completion date of May 1st. This is to allow me a few days here and there to take a break. Also looking at another order to Brick Link.

Face Book page has been updated. Project is still at about 70% completed. If anyone has any questions about the build or past seasons let me know. More than happy to answer them.
