One of the traditions on my Thanksgiving Day every year is to watch the annual Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade on television. I love watching all the bands, floats, etc., pass by. Enjoy seeing the various performers on the floats too. Some years there is the unexpected to of perhaps seeing a float fall or some other weird occurrence. I can't believe all those people stay out in the cold watching those parades, though. Brrrrr!!!!!!!!

Anyone else like watching the Thanksgiving Day Parades? Or have you been in one of these parades?

What's your favorite Thanksgiving Day Parade Float or Balloon? I like Spiderman, Superman, Garfield the Cat, etc.

Here's a link with some of the old and newer parade balloons, etc.: ... ageindex=1

I used to watch them years ago, but I lost my attraction for them. I don't know why, but they just don't interest me any more.

Macy's Annual Thanksgiving Day Parade will happen this year even with the coronavirus pandemic still going on, however, things will be different this year. There will be no marching bands or huge crowds watching the parade go by, but the parade is still happening and we can enjoy all the floats, etc., as they go by.

The parade will be televised on Thanksgiving Day (Thursday, Nov. 26) beginning about 9 a.m. Check your local listings for exact times, channels, etc.

Enjoy the parade!! ... -to-watch/ ... e-to-watch
