The latest attempt at continueing the "Terminator" line of movies has been halted due to a possible legal battle, etc:

Let's hope they reach an amicable decision very soon.

Well, they should have gone for the license to begin with. One can't start making a big budget movie in a franchise without getting permission from the franchise owners and giving them their cut of the profits. By starting the work without clearing it, they were just asking for trouble.
