This is La Shiec, the evil king from Phantasy Star I reborn during the time of Phantasy Star IV, two thousand years later. The years have not been kind to him. He may have gained a measure of immortality, but now he curses his existence. Being a zombie that can't leave a floating castle in space is just not fun at all.

LaShiec: Actually, I'm not smiling in my character picture. I'm wincing in pain because a piece of my rotten arm fell off again. You can't see it in the picture, but trust me, it happened.
