Tree with 40 different fruits ?

Take a look at this amazing tree that may have 40 different kinds of fruit growing on this same tree due to a process called "chip grafting":

This is an outstanding idea if it can be truly utilized. Just imagine all the possibilities that could happen everywhere with these trees growing all over the world.
