Supreme Court/Video Games

The US Supreme Court will voice their opinions on violent video games:

Interesting article with opinions on both sides.

Personally, I do believe that violent video games, or movies, or whatever can indeed have some kind of impact on a person. However, I think the level of violence also must come into account, among other things as well.

Good point in the article aslo about the games also deserving the same First Amendment protection as books, movies, music, etc.

Comments or Opinions anyone?

I agree that games should have First Amendment protection like other works. I also think overly violent games shouldn't be available to young children, but I think a law restricting such sales is a waste of time.
