Google logo

Anyone know what's up with the latest Google logo?

I found this story telling how the Google logo was changing on Sept. 7th (yesterday). I didn't notice, sad to say.

Anyway, I went over to the Google site to check it out for myself and the logo appeared all white or very light gray to me, however, when I began typing something in the search box, the logo became colorful as I typed.

My curiousity is up.

If it is indeed Google celebrating their 12th birthday ... then Happy birthday!

The best one they had was on the first day it was a group of bubbles spelling out google and as you rolled the mouse over it they flew all over the screen and then floated back into position it was great but only included at google.com they didnt even put it on the ig pages

Well, here in Brazil the logo in September 7th was painted with our flag, because that is the day we celebrate our Independence, so I can't tell if it was different there.

Just came back from using the Google search and they have a cake on their search page to celebrate their 12th birthday.

Happy 12th birthday Google !

Google has decorated their search engine page (and you can even listen to some Lennon music) today in honor of John Lennon's birthday, which is tomorrow, October 9th. Lennon was a member of "The Beatles", and was assassinated several years ago.
