 Post subject: Stress reducing foods

These days we all seem to be under some type of stress at one time or other. It seems the following foods may help reduce stress:

Oranges
Sweet Potatoes
Dried Apricots
Almonds, Pistachios, Walnuts
Turkey
Spinach
Salmon
Avocados
Green Vegetables

Mmmmm. Avocados. Yum.

What helps me is camomile tea; it has such a calming, mellow effect.

Also, chocolate is a de-stresser... for me, anyway. :D

Hm, so that's why I always feel so tired after eating a lot of turkey around the holidays. It really does make me sleepy.

Yeah, the tryptophan in Turkey is what knocks everyone on their butts after Thanksgiving dinner.
