Stars Getting Married

Postby Silver_Surfer1 » Tue Mar 24, '09, 7:38 pm

Something must be in the water in Hollywood, or something, as several stars have either recently gotten married or gotten engaged.

David Letterman revealed on his "Late Night Show" last night that he and his longtime love had recently gotten married:

I saw his show on TV and thought he was very good making the announcement.

Actor Bruce Willis ("Die Hard") has just recently gotten married:

Actor Harrison Ford has recently become engaged to his longtime love Actress Calista Flockhart:

And remember the character named "Winnie" from the TV show "The Wonder Years" starring actor Fred Savage??? I loved that show. Anyway, the actress who played "Winnie", Danica McKeller, has recently gotten married:

Congratulations and Best Wishes to them all!

I always thought that Stars fell in and out of love so fast to conveniently stay in the headlines, but that's just me.

This is why I wish stuff like this wouldn't constantly get reported on in the news. Marriage is a personal affair, and unfortunately it seems a lot of stars do get married then divorced or whatever and the media keeps paying too much attention to it. It should back off on them because there's probably better things they can do with their time than follow around Hollywood stars.

Best wishes to them all, regardless, though.

It may be but some of them don't seem to care and they publicize how many millions they spend on a wedding. I seriously think most of them want to stay in the spotlight anyway they can.

I think you have a very good point there, Darkil!

This fits right in with what I am about to post next. It's David Letterman's " Top Ten reasons I got married " from his TV show the other night:

What is your favorite one of Dave's " Top Ten " listed here?

I like #8, " Still drunk from St. Patty's, dude." , lol. :D
