Domino's Pizza employees pull prank

Postby Silver_Surfer1 » Thu Apr 16, '09, 10:15 pm

Oh my gosh, I could hardly believe this story as I read it. It looks like these employees really are gonna pay for what they did. This could mean trouble for Domino's sales, etc.

Yup, in this day and age, things like that spread across the internet like lightning. It can really do a lot of damage to a company. I'm glad the people involved are being punished appropriately, but it's also refreshing to see a company realizing they need to adapt to the internet and then following through with that.

Well it's like that Domino's higher up said, "We got blindsided by [i]two idiots[i]..." That's an appropriate choice of words IMO.

Well, talk about a COMPLETE lack of common sense on the part of these two people. They've the company look bad, to be sure, and beyond that, rightly losing their jobs for intentionally contaminating good and publicizing it.

And Thoul's right. Seems companies need to adapt to the instant-sharing technology of the 21st century, and quick.
