Spacecraft crashes Mercury

The Messenger spacecraft from NASA is supposed to crash into the planet Mercury sometime today (and probably has already done so by the time of this post).

Farewell to Messenger who has done it's job splendidly! Now, I just hope there are no life forms living on Mercury who may think they are being attacked and then attempt a plan of retaliation.

I hope the crash does not have the effect that Gaira had on Palma. That would be bad. Especially the seal is broken :/
