Really? Like what? Because I don't remember hearing it in any movies I've seen, but I heard it was used in the first Shrek movie.
Right off the top of my head, I remembered ER and Scrubs. A quick scan of Wikipedia shows it was also used for emotional manipulation in The West Wing, The O.C., Nip/Tuck, Without a Trace, House, Criminal Minds, Cold Case...(should I keep going?
