So Vita hacking happened. A PSNOVA patch may be on the way.

Is this is a hack to make it playable on Vitas outside the areas it's been localized? I know PS Nova has, at least to this point, only been released in Japan with a Chinese language version avaiable in the rest of Asia.

The Vita does not have region locks. The game is playable in all region. It is the lack of our language's version that stops us from fully understanding the game.

I guess the hack would allow a patched game to be run in the Vita.

For some reason I thought it was region locked. I may have been mentally mixing it up with the PSN Store, where certain things are available in some regions but not others. Either way, thanks for the clarification.
