Xbox Live users who only have the original PS Universe have received a great present from Sega! According to a recent Sega America blog post, the Ambition of the Illuminus expansion has been made available for free over Xbox Live.
So if you've got the original for Xbox and have been holding out on getting the expansion, this seems like a good time to make the leap. There's also a new game update, called "GUARDIANS Advanced Content update" with improved features available now.

That’s not bad, a shame my copy of the game was for the PS2.

Just the expansion, from what I understand. The online play still costs the same price.

Well, now Sega has also released the Xbox 360 version of the basic game digitally. It's not free though - it's $19.99 US. I suppose that's still a pretty good deal for anyone interested in picking up the free expansion.

I think they're only doing this because they're cutting off vanilla support so that the patch will work.
Granted it would've been easy with a PC but well we can't be letting those people play now can we?
