With all the recent snow we have had it was an opportunity to make some homemade snow ice cream. It was delicious and so easy to make with only a few ingredients, mainly the snow.

Has anyone else tried snow ice cream?

No, I wouldn't trust the snow being clean, let alone edible. I eat a lot of low fat ice cream, and it's cheap enough. I don't feel the need to make any from snow.

Thought I would post a few recipes for snow cream. There are many variations and ways to make it. The first one is very easy and the one I used and it tasted delicious. Our family and others have been making snow cream for years and loving it. It is a special wintery treat.
