As for myself, I like the Green Arrow character and would absolutely NOT like to see a pairing of this couple!!!!!!!!!!!! :yikes:

Green Arrow has been a good character on the show. I always thought he was an odd choice for a regular character. He's not one very closely associated with the Superman mythos traditionally. He has worked quite well, though.

As for that pairing... yeah, I really can't see that working so well. It may turn out to be good, though.

I just read that Smallville has been officially renewed for a tenth season. Rumor has it that Chloe might not return, though. Apparently her actress' contract is up at the end of season nine.

That's terrific news about Smallville being renewed for another season. Ten seasons...wow!

I think I could suffer through it with Chloe gone..... :yes:

It's been announced now that the tenth season will be the last. I guess they'll have to wrap everything up next year.

Yeah, I read that about the tenth season going to be the last. Not totally unexpected as in some ways I'm surprised it's gone on this long. The show is still very successful. I wish they would let it go longer. With all these tv shows ending this season (24, Lost, Ghost Whisperer, etc.,) and Smallville ending next season, there is not going to be much on tv worth watching.
