Phantasy Star: Deluxe Edition: Motavia Governor

This man is the governor in charge of planet Motavia during the reign of Lassic. With blue robes that look like part of a military uniform, he appears rather regal sitting on the throne of the desert planet. The governor has no fondness for the tyrant that rules Palma with an iron fist. Once he meets with Alis, the governor is happy to lend his support to her attempted coup by sending her to meet Noah. Little does the nameless governor know that Lassic is just a pawn of a darker force, a force that has chosen him for its next target.

Hmm...he doesn't really look all that different from the original. At least his head looks less flat, I'll give him that.

Too bad he doesn't have a name of some sort.
