A new species of rat has been discovered in New Guinea. These rats measure about three feet long, making them as big as a cat! Apparently they're quite similar to the typical rat you might see in a sewer, just super sized. I'd hate to run into one of those at night, wouldn't you?

I don't like rats. Seriously. We used to stay awhile with some relatives and they lived in an old house and they had huge rats there also. I was careful to stay far away from those as I could.
I guess about the only rat I like is Jerry from the cartoon duo of Tom & Jerry, and he's not really real now is he????
