Some might consider his non-fiction books to be pretty close to fiction, given Beck's penchant for taking his reports to extremes. I have to admit to a bit of morbid curiosity regarding how much different this book billed as fiction has from his non-fiction labeled books. I wouldn't buy any of them to find out though; I don't want to support him.

I agree with Thoul.

I have zero interest in reading any of his books; he isn't anyone I'd regard as scholarly, an authority, or an expert on anything for that matter... but I do see him as a theatrical drama-king entertainer. For that reason, his book will probably sell.

Yeah, I think Beck's book will probably do very well. He's very in the news right now, no matter what he's doing, so people will buy and read the book.

I'll skip this one, however, as I'm not into political thrillers.

When I was at the library last week, I happened to see another book about Glenn Beck, but not written by him. The author of this book is Xander Cricket, and the name of the book is "Glenn Beck....The Redemptive Story Of America's Favorite Political Commentator".

So, I checked it out and brought it home and read it. It was a very, very thin book.....only about 90 pages long. It is mostly about Glenn Beck's own life, his personal struggles and issues, and how he overcame it all and became a success, etc.

Very short book, which is a definite plus.
