There are a lot of Sad games and it's hard too to remember all of them ! :(

Don't know if this qualifies, but this game looks pretty depressing from what I have seen. I have not actually played it though. The Dead Tree of Ranchiuna. I would post a video of it from YouTube, but the in game dialogue in the clip has profanity in it.
