He passed away in a hospital earlier today. This came so unexpected. I was just rocking out to The Stones last night. R.I.P.

I just got online and read the news about Charlie's death. Shocked and so very sad. I knew there was something wrong when I read last week that he would not be joining them on their upcoming tour. He will be missed. A great drummer. Love the Rolling Stones!

Interesting articles below on Mr. Watts. I found it interesting that he collected cars even though he did not drive. Also that he seemed to dislike being on tours and could not wait to get home.
