2013 Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame Induction Ceremony has taken place, and Wolf Bird you will be happy to see that Rush has now been honored with membership in this Hall of Fame:

Too bad Rush gets in with some artists that have nothing to do with rock with many major rock bands are still ignored. It would be a much bigger honor for Rush to get its deserved spot along with other bands that also had an important place in Rock and Roll story.

Rush definitely deserved it, and I'm just glad to see them finally get in. Now if King Crimson gets in I'll be really happy.

I find it hard to believe that KISS has not yet been added to this prestigious Hall as yet, but maybe this will be their year.

So many others I can think of who deserve this honor also that have not yet even been nominated. Anyone have any favorites they would like to see added to the Rock Hall Of Fame?

I would definitely like to second Bragatyr on King Crimson. I'm glad to see Yes is among the nominees this year, as they certainly deserve it. Since the hall doesn't distinguish between true rock and the early pioneers of metal given that Metallica and Black Sabbath are in it, Slayer, Megadeth, Iron Maiden and Judas Priest are among my picks.
