That's...really pushing it. o_O I dunno about anyone else, but I find that sickening.

The ear thing is just weird.

That story about the chalk... that really makes me angry. It's an abuse of power by the Department of Sanitation. They are overstepping their bounds by a far margin and need to be called on it.

Wow, that is excessive. Chalk can be washed off! What a petty thing to be worked over.

Amazing, now even police officers are getting into the frivolous lawsuit game. Thankfully they decided to drop that one. What a terrible pattern that could have begun!

I agree with Tsunami - the ear thing is sickening. Just goes to show the "weird" things that some people do though.

The chalk thing is absolutely nonsense. We used to do this type of thing all the time when we were kids. Anyone remember playing hopskotch and drawing a pattern with chalk or some such item on the sidewalks, streets, etc.. Talk about petty, this takes the cake.

The story about the cop threatening a lawsuit absolutely makes me sick and very angry. Duh, there are risks involved with this type of job which everyone is aware of and lawsuits should not even be allowed. Their time off was paid and so was their medical so there was no reason for this. Glad they dropped it, but still, they should offer an apology or something, I think.

Now, on to another ridiculous item that I heard about over the weekend. The coke and pepsi feud is alive and doing well it seems.

I remember those old commercials and stuff where Coke and Pepsi were always going at each other. I guess their peace isn't going to last.
