That site is an interesting idea. I can't decide if I like the concept or not. On the one hand, it could be useful when moving to a new neighborhood. On the other, I definitely wouldn't want to see something about myself on such a site.

I think Gizoogle might be a sign of the apocalypse. Warning to anyone checking it out; it seems to find cursing to be necessary on every page.
