Registration is back, CAPTCHA fixed

For a loooong time, registration on the boards has been disabled because software changes to the site's server broke the anti-spam confirmation images. I have (finally) found an easy fix for this, so registration is now available again. This also impacted the anti-spam confirmation images on the contact form and repeated login failures, so those are now fixed as well.

Sometime in the coming months, I'm going to need to do a major upgrade to the board & site software. I'm not sure when that will happen, as it is an involved process that will break most, if not all, of the non-standard board features (so, quizzes, downloads, shoutbox, achievements... lots of stuff!) and I want to get replacements for those rolled out right away as well. I'll announce the update before it happens, but the board will probably be read-only for a few days when the time comes, as the update needs to happen in a few stages unless we want to just start with a fresh, empty board. Of course I'll have the data for the board backed up before hand, so nothing should be lost permanently.
