Phantasy Star: Fringes of Algo

I begin to play PSIV since I'm 6 years old. I grow (i don't know if grow is the right word...) with this game and all the PSIV caracters. So, I voted Rika!

I enjoyed Nei (ネイ) personality from the Drama CD myself. I have a copy so I listen to it every once in awhile and I just love the characters history, her sorrows and griefs, her strength. She is one tough Numan for one who was destined for tragedy.

Rika hands down. She was in my opinion the cheery one of the bunch in PSIV and just seemed like a fun character. You know the type of person you’d want to be around because of her adventurous attitude and the fact she doesn’t have a bad word to say about anyone. Not to mention she can hold her own in battle.

Nei from PSII. Apart from Neifirst, all other numans were only Yoshibon not being able to get over Nei's death.

Nei, no contest. Rika is a Nei wannabe replacement, even though she came from the same cells. I couldn't really care much for her. Downright annoying at times.

Nei - Rika's really annoying. My least favorite character in PSIV. And Neifirst, nah...

Rika. I really don't like the whole tragic destiny and outcast things the others have going. I like Rika's upbeat personality more.

Although, I think NM-2011 has the best visual design. Drama CD Nei is pretty good on that aspect, too.

NM-2011 who I nickname Roki is my favorite.

She was the masterpiece of the 2000 series and superior to NM-2011 in every way.

She chose to dedicate her limited lifespan to a purpose and point. She was aware of time and probably lived every day to the fullest. She found a goal and almost obtained it.

She could have beaten Nei completely but she chose to remove one of her claws to be on the same level as Nei. She chose to match Nei claw for claw, power for power out of honor.

It's not her fault Nei cheated by faking that her other claw didn't work. Without the Nei Claw, Nm-2011 would have won. She was that superior.

Nm-2011 also bears more resemblance to Rika and has cuter ears and a better outfit than Nei. it's a pity all 2000 models died because if the people of Mota had their own NM-200 series, then life would be great!

I rate her a 8 out of 10. She doesn't get a full 10 because she got duped and died.
