June 27th was National PTSD Awareness Day (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder)! The month of June also serves as PTSD Awareness Month.

Although not an official holiday, it is still a very important day and recognized world wide. Many people from all walks of life and nationalities suffer with this and it is not just limited to Veterans and other military people.
