I'm currently playing on the Japanese servers and it's pretty sweet so far. I look forward to easily being able to read everything though.

A little disappointing that this won't be until next year, but it's great news that PSO2 will be released overseas, especially considering Sega's troubles lately.

I really expected this to happen after the way parts of the PS Universe closure were worded, but it is good to have official confirmation finally.

Europe is also suppose to get it:

"SEGA® of America, Inc. and SEGA® Europe Ltd today announced that free-to-play multiplayer action RPG Phantasy Star Online 2 will be coming to North America and Europe in 2013."
