So you're looking for sheet music of Phantasy Star? I remember seeing some on a website years ago, but I have no idea where it was now.

Only thing I can say is try playing it by ear. IT's hard to find sheet music for underrated series like Phantasy Star.

Or just you can take midi file and open it in Guitar Pro

Should work and you'll get and music sheet for all instruments of that midi file.
