Ah, now I see the resemblance. Thanks for clarifying that for me, Thoul. Now that I think back to the Spider-Man movies, he does look like the Green Goblin.

A fabulous drawing, Lyla! I especially like the cape and the sword too. Luv the song you posted also. Very fitting.

The skulls are a bit creepy, though.

Hope to see more of your work later. :)

Oh wow this picture is amazing. Those Saccubus heads are exceptionally awesome. Looks like you put a lot of effort into this drawing. Well done Lyla. :)

Ah, yes. I remember that pose of Orakio from the PSIII artwork. Very nicely rendered, Lyla. I'm not a fan of Rolf in a cape (never cared for Swashbuckling Rolf on the Japanese PSII box cover), but you're right that it's not out of place (because of said box art). Besides, you did a wonderful job with the billowing effect.

Good job with the Dark Force heads, too. I wonder if they're turning Rolf greedy? ;)

Well maybe they can't make up their minds. I mean, there are 3 of them.

"Greedy!"
"Scared!"
"Tea and biscuits!"

"......"

"We can't have more than 1 on him at once, it's unfair."
"Well I say we make him greedy."
"He's on his own, moron! What's he going to do? Rummage through his own pockets?"
"Oh let's be nice to him."
"Shut up! Scared then."
"You guys are mean. Can we at least have tea and biscuits after this then?"
"I don't like biscuits."
"Alright, no biscuits. But let's just get this done!"

*Rolf Stabs*

"Oh crap..."

Sorry. >_>

Here's an alternate version. I upped the brightness and contrast a bit, then added a dull sepia tone to the image. Oh, and did any of you guys notice the year that PS 2 takes place in Earth Time? It's 1360 years into the future! :o It's quite easy to work out AW in Earth years. Just add 2086 to the AW year, because 2086 A.D was when AW 0 started. You can also check the timeline.

So, who should I do next? I'm thinking of doing a PS3 piece.

I never knew there was a timeline in relation to A.D and A.W. How cool.

I'm going to say go ahead and try some PS III stuff. But that's because that's what I've been thinking of in the future. :D It needs some loving. I don't see a lot of art for it, online or in the compendium and if someone took the time they could work up something really nice. :)

So yeah, PS III please. :p

I think I'll draw an attacking Crys in action. I always liked his design and I have a nice reference pic in mind as well. Not to mention I love his hairsyle. ^^

Not trying to burst anyone's AW/Gregorian conversion bubble here, but the conversion system is not canon. In fact, it's a fan-made conversion system. Read under "Plotting the Events," and you'll see that the fans that came up with the system used arbitrary starting dates not presented in any official Sega source:

And Xander, that skit had me laughing like a loon! I seriously would love to see the Dark Force heads pausing for tea and biscuits.

The sepia tone is nice, Lyla. It definitely reminds me of the Orakio piece now. And Crys is a whole pile of awesome. He's my favorite PSIII guy, in fact, he's my #2 PS guy overall. Fierce. Rock star.
