:yikes:

BEYOND RARE! Unbelievably Stupendously Rare!! Even rarer than issues of SPEC!!!

And it figures that this would get listed after I blew all of my available funds on mostly common stuff this past weekend (aka I'm broke). :faint:

What is that exactly? A model or figure? I don't think it's something I've ever seen before.

I didnt even knew an HUcast figure existed individually...Only 2 days left, and it's still at 1200 Yen. For a rare item, it's really cheap. I don't know if it's more rare than a SPEC issue, but I know that the asked price would be higher than this :D But you're our resident PSO phanatic, so I believe you. I'll continue to focus on hard to find item for the classic saga instead. But I always loike when this topic pop-up with new items. Too bad not many person outside Tweeg and me are bumping it

It is kinda sad isn't xellos? Here we are on a PS fan site with hundreds of members and apparently were the only two here who are into hunting and collecting the related merchandise.

We're talking extreme rarity on that HUcast model kit. Was either 100 or 500 model kits made, can't remember. They are officially liscensed products and were sold exclusively during some gaming related event. And if you look really closely at the picture you will see a label on the box lid that, conviently enough, states in English "Sale in Event only."

Oh, and it is presently at 3,100 yen with five bids from 3 different bidders. And still has fully 48 hours more to go. This is going to be an exciting auction to watch.

Yeah, same here. I'd be really into collecting this stuff, but I just can't afford to get anything new right now. It's a struggle just to pay the monthly bills. :(

Don't worry guys, I was not talking about buying stuff. It's more the thrill of finding some unusual item PS related and shows it here.

I'm always checking Yahoo Auction Japan myself once a week but my eyes are only set on classic saga items.

But for the case of the HUcast model, even I am curious. I'll be sure to check the end of it. It has indeed gone up to 3100 Yen

Speaking of item, Phantasy Star Portable 2 Infinity is not even out, merchandises are already on sale

http://page2.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/auction/b115556857

Check the crazy price and amount of bidder. There's a key chain, but what are the other things? Phone cards???

And speaking of cards, here's one for our resident PSO lover.

I find the art so cute. Can you imagine that above the 10th anniversary of PSO, it's also the 6th anniversary of Blue Burst in Japan, with their server still up and running. We will never see that happens on our side of the globe for a Phantasy Star..

The HUcast model kit ended at a respectable 7,000yen (roughly US $84.00).

That's really insane. I would like to see a pic of it once completed!!!

Here's the find of the day.

The Phantasy Star Online Trilogy boxset (I love the art on the cover). This is really something hard to find now:

http://page4.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/auction/d111593917

A promotional poster for the release of Generations 2 (a promo poster for the classic saga is pretty rare in itself):

http://page18.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/auction/w49277101

Complete copy of the Memorial Drama CD , for those still searching for it (there's another one on sell somewhere on the site right now, for 2500 Yen, with missing obi. Not that obi are important to me (my copy of the compendium have none), but for some people its important):

Sound Collection II on sell:

http://page5.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/auction/e103249515

And that's it for this week. The PSO Trilogy boxset is really the nicest find amongst them. I was always seeing it "Out of stock" on Play-Asia. It's the first time I ever see it in an online auction.

Oh, now those are some nice looking finds! I wish I had some extra cash this week to bid on that poster.
