Happy Birthday to the first President Of The United States, George Washington, on Friday, February 22, 2019! This will be the 287th year since his birth in 1732. :cake:

Washington's birthday was combined with Abraham Lincoln's birthday (also in February) and made an official holiday called President's Day, which is usually celebrated on the 3rd Monday in February and not on their exact birth dates.

The current US Senate will honor former President George Washington in a special annual tribute reading his Farewell Address To Congress.

Washington was born Feb. 22, 1732.

His birthday, along with Pres. Lincoln's birthday on Feb. 12 (1809), are both celebrated on the President's Day Holiday during February each year.
