Yes, exactly. It's a good thing RW started this thread, huh? That way people will know exactly what plagiarism is and isn't. It's very clear what it is in the links she's provided.

I took a day off from the board and this thread got completely out of hand. :grumpy: I have locked the topic to prevent further treading of already sensitive subjects here.

Since it seems the members of the community are unable to come to a consensus on plagiarism vs. expression of originally developed ideas, I am forced to define more official limits, requirements for proving plagiarism, action(s) to be taken regarding proved plagiarism in the view of this site. The Participation Guidelines will soon be updated, likely today but possibly tomorrow, with such details.
