This man is the governor in charge of planet Motavia during the reign of Lassic. He looks quite regal sitting on his throne. Even though the man is part of Lassic's government, he has no fondness for the evil king. When approached by Alis, he is glad to support her campaign to end the life of the wicked tyrant and restore the old royal family. The main form of aid he supplies her is a letter of introduction to Noah, who will become a valuable member of Alis' team. The governor does not even suspect that Lassic is not the true power behind the throne, or that this power has targeted the governor himself.
