So...are you getting Phantasy Star Portable 2 at Day 1???

Though I'm more a fan of the classic Saga, I always try to follow the domestic releases of every Phantasy Star games. For that reason I'll be buying Phantasy Star Portable 2 when it comes out (plus I already have the soundtrack and artbook for the game, it would be stupid not to get the game itself...)

So amongst my Phellow Phans here at Fringes of Algo...I wonder, who will be getting the game day 1?

I won't be getting it on Day 1, maybe later though.

Well, I don't have a PSP, so I won't be picking it up for a while. I'd like to get it for the few classic PS references I've seen, but money is much too tight to even consider getting a game right now.

Well, buying a PSP just for this game is kinda costly indeed.....though I remember having bought my PSP for the first Phantasy Star Portable back then (even worse, I bought it only to try the US demo the day it was released). So I can't really talk...

Though even me I'm kinda tight on money (after all the Classic Saga purchases I made last month as you can guess), so I'll go trade a few games at Gamestop and just got it free. There's a Mario Galaxy 2 I bought for my girlfriend back on its release that she never finished and didnt played for the last 2 months. It will become trading ressource very soon...

Anyway, it seems we won't have a big PS:P2 community here on the release day

I'll get it, though not on release date. Maybe some weeks after it comes out. In all honesty, the US release is very low in my priority list. I have the Japanese version and the amount of content is just plain massive. I haven't unlocked the best weapons nor finished all the extra missions, unlocked costumes nor gotten all the characters. Plus, the Japanese voices ALWAYS sound better than the English ones.

My main priority is getting a certain Macross game that should be coming out close to the end of the year for the PS3. That has me drooling and making a puddle of saliva.

I'm also short on cash and Valkyria Chronicles 2 is also good. I definitely want the US version of that as soon as I can afford it.

Had I the money, I probably would have. PSP1 was fun, however I kinda stopped playing for no reason. >.>

Maybe I'll find my copy and play again sometime.
