Zio is a bit of an oddity when it comes to classic Phantasy Star villains. He is the only one that actually has true movement animations. Others have limited movement. Lashiec shambles along by shaking, Juza spins around, but only Zio truly walks. One might almost think that being a servant of Dark Force means losing the use of one's legs in some way, if not for the Black Magician.

That is quite amusing, Thoul. Lassic is a zombie, and they are known to shamble about, but as for Juza, I've read somewhere that he isn't a true Palman, and has the body of a... monster...? I think it was in the Compendium, I'm not too sure. As for Zio, well, he's just a poor Palman/rogue Esper perhaps...? that was possessed by DF. At a price of course. His left hand was 'monsterfied' as a result, that's why he wears a gauntlet.
