Phantasy Star: Fringes of Algo

The title screen for Xing Ji Zheng Ba is very similar to that of Wai Xing Zhan Shi. In fact, they're almost identical! The colors are a little different and the title displayed has changed, but otherwise, they look to be the same so far.
