Lutz's close up portrait for Phantasy Star: Deluxe Edition cutscenes is shown here. It first appears in the game after Alis gives Lutz the letter from Motavia's governor. Afterward, Lutz's picture alternates with Alis' as they carry on a conversation. This picture does not appear again until the end of the game. The game refers to this picture internally with the name "Rutsu.",

It actually is a good picture of him. PRobably the most masculine one I've seen to date.
