Phantasy Star IV: To Esper Mansion

After understanding just how confused Chaz is now in regards to their mission and what they should do next, Rune gives a small smile and suggests a return to Esper Mansion. There is someone special there that Rune wants Chaz to meet. The answer to Chaz's dilemma, Rune promises, will be found there.

I love this part when Rune basically introduces Chaz to Alis Landale its one of my most favourite scenes in the whole game.

In the temporary absence of Lemina and Rune_Walsh, I shall herewith insert all our usual comments on how darn attractive he is. The understanding and support he shows Chaz in these scenes illuminate a side of him that is frequently overlooked. Arrogant and insensitive he may seem, but Rune is also capable of compassion and empathy.

As Srijita mentions, I love seeing this side of Rune; he can be so compassionate, sensitive, and empathetic at times. It provides a nice balance to his smart-alec arrogance.
