Phantasy Star III: Wren & Thea

Postby Thoul » Sun Mar 22, '09, 3:01 am

Ever wonder what the characters do during their down time? Sometimes, it is better not to ask. Thea seems to enjoy playing dress up with Wren, perhaps a little too much. Wren doesn't seem to like it nearly as much.

Wren: Princess Thea, I don't believe Mieu's ribbons are compatible with my hardware specifications.
Thea: Oh, Wren, you're so... serious. You look nice! Mieu would have loved this- she likes modeling makeup and clothing so much.
Wren: It is most unfortunate, then, that Prince Ayn has Mieu modelling armor for him today.
Mieu: (muffled under a suit of Planar Armor. Ayn's strapping some Royal Shields to her forearms) Guys? Little help? I can't move my legs...

Is it fan art, or canon SEGA art?

Technically I guess it would be fan art. This is one of Toyo Ozaki's pieces and she designed the characters, so it's about as close to canon as fan art can get.

This picture suggests that she hasn't figured that out...or if she has, she just doesn't care because androids are technically sexless anyway.

Hush, before Demi hears you! What are you trying to do, give her a complex? Remember how she asked the boys to close their eyes before installing new components?
Of all tyrannies, a tyranny sincerely exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive. It would be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies. The robber baron's cruelty may sometimes sleep, his cupidity may at some point be satiated; but those who torment us for our own good will torment us without end for they do so with the approval of their own conscience. - C. S. Lewis

I believe Wren is calculating the odds of incapacitating Thea without damaging her too much.
